PORTLAND, MAINE -- Two of the Leagues newest members went head-to-head on Opening Night. It was a showcase of goalies for the entire forty-two minutes, but the Red Wings backed up by Adam Casey was able to surge in the final minutes to win.

After 14 minutes of play we had a 1-1 tie. Goslin opened the scoring for the Wings at the 9:26 mark. The lead wouldn't last long as Nate Guerin tied it up at the five-minute mark.

The game would remain tied after 38 minutes of play with huge saves from both goalies. Lewis (Yosaku) stopped all 12 shots faced in the middle frame, and Casey would stop single digit numbers (9).

After 11 minutes of play the tie remained. The Wings had a bolt of offense which lead to three goals in just 34 seconds and would go on to win 4-1. The Wings will be on the road Monday, September 11 against Jiffy, and Yosaku will visit Reynolds and hour earlier.
