LEAGUE RULE CHANGES

The 2026 Spring/Summer Season is just 24 hours away and we could not be more excited to get the puck dropped and even more excited to be the home of a slate of new teams!
As we head into a busy summer season, the league will be announcing new rules, in effect immediately.
warm-up time change
Warmups will now be 3:30 (formerly 5:00). This will allow more dedicated time to the regulation (and overtime) periods if neccessary.
gameplay time update
Beginning this season each period will now be 15 minutes. The final minute of the first and second periods will be stopping time, and the third will continue to operate as full stoppage (exceptions; 5 goal lead, ref's discretion due to penalties.)
Period 1: 15:00 (stop time last minute) Period 2: 15:00 (stop time last minute) Period 3: 15:00 (Stoppage time)
RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS
As the league welcomes in more teams, we must begin to enforce late team cancellations + reschedule requests. The link will continue to accommodate reschedule requests with ample time prior to the scheduled game(s). If a team requests a game change 48 hours prior to puck drop, that team may receive a forfeit loss (3-0) and that game will not be replayed. This is to minimize last second schedule changes that effect the opposing team.
lockeroom time limit
This past season we received a handful of requests from rink staff that teams and players were taking too long to leave their assigned locker-rooms. Effective immediately all players must be out of their locker-rooms within thirty-minutes (30:00) following the completion of the game. With that being said we are heading into the warmer nights so please enjoy as long as you want outside the arena.
